This center allows us an in-depth understanding of consumers’ thoughts and opinions, taking into consideration the psychological factors that motivate them to acquire diverse products or services. Qualitative research is recognized for having a flexible and dynamic structure, and for peering beyond conscious thought. We use diverse methodologies (focus groups, in depth interviews, and observational / participatory projects) in which we use scientifically-validated techniques, such as: Projective Techniques, Brainstorming, Role-Playing, Semantic Differential Scales, Collage, Ethnographic studies, among others.
